In early March, we were thrilled to attend the highly informative Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, California. A leading tradeshow in the natural, organic, and healthy products industry, the show attracts over 75,000 industry professionals annually; and with 3000 exhibits, the show is rated as one of the top 200 trade shows in the US by Tradeshow Week.
With plenty of conferences, workshops, and tours focusing on themes suited to manufacturers, retailers, and suppliers, Belmont Meats collected expertise instrumental for success in the natural foods industry. A definite highlight of the show was the learning of impactful stories and corporate beliefs of many natural foods suppliers, imperative to developing trust, authenticity, and credibility in this particular industry. These stories offered potential manufacturers, retailers, and suppliers reason to believe in the product. We also reviewed the sustainable best practices of brands that offer well-known products and established credibility in the natural foods space.
It was particularly interesting to witness established brands showcasing innovative products, solutions, and services outside of their usual category. Sampling and discussing new products, particularly innovative protein-based brands, was a definite highlight of attending the expo for Belmont Meats.
