David has 25 years experience working for tier one consumer packaged goods companies and has made a major contribution to their success by driving innovation and winning new customers. At Belmont since April 2015, he is a customer relationship builder who leads his high performance teams to client growth and profitable results.
With over 30 years experience in the meat industry, Eric brought his knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm to Belmont in 2000. Involved in all aspects of the business, he is solutions-oriented and a strategic and innovative problem-solver. He understands and anticipates customer needs and motivates his team to ensure safe and consistent products for Belmont’s customers.
With a doctorate in microbiology and more than 25 years experience in the meat industry, Goshasp has a proven track record of food safety and quality through the implementation and maintenance of HACCP accreditation and SQF/BRC certifications. She understands both regulatory authorities and customer requirements and provides strong leadership of the Belmont food safety team.
Dave has over 35 years experience working in the meat industry and joined Belmont’s management team in 2008. He prides himself on establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the industry and they are undoubtedly a major contributor to Belmont’s continued success. Dave has an industrial microbiology diploma from Centennial College.
Greg has been with Belmont for more than 30 years and has developed a wealth of sales and marketing expertise within the organization. He has been instrumental in helping to build Belmont into one of Canada’s leading suppliers of ground beef, burgers and steak products for both food service chains and major retailers.
Doug has more than 25 years experience as a senior executive management professional in the protein business. He joined Belmont in 2012 as the senior director of business development and currently leads our North America retail division. Doug is a relationship builder who believes in working closely with clients to achieve mutually beneficial success.
Curtis joined the Belmont team in October 2015 to lead the development of the food service division. He began his culinary adventure in his teens and later enrolled in the Fanshawe College culinary program where he successfully completed the Red Seal chef exam. Curtis’s passion for food, culinary background, and solution-based selling helps his customers succeed in the food service sector.
